Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how you can cancel an order placed on unitminit.com.

Before dispatch

You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched. Contact us with your order number at twinexmedia1@gmail.com and we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

After dispatch

Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or request a return under our Refund & Return Policy if you are eligible.

Cancellation by us

We may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues or suspected fraud. You will be notified and receive a full refund.

Refund timeline

Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days.
