Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when returns and refunds are available.

Eligible returns

  • The product arrived damaged or leaking.
  • The product is defective or not as described.
  • You received the wrong item.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a video of the product and packaging.

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used or diluted cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective on arrival.

Refund process

Once we receive and inspect the item (or approve your claim), we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a little longer to appear.

Replacements

Where possible, we will offer a free replacement instead of a refund if you prefer.
